Note: Self-serve returns only work if the goods have already been dispatched. If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please use one of our contact methods.

Instructions for self-serve returns
Click on the profile icon in the store navigation or follow this link linkto log in to your account.
- Log in to your account this way:
Enter your e-mail address in the "E-mail" field and then click "Continue". Open the email sent by our store in your email account and copy the six-digit confirmation code in the email. Go back to the online store and enter the confirmation code. - Click on the order for which you would like to request a return.
- If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
- Select a reason for return and add a note for the store if necessary.
- Click on "Send request".
If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
