A. Shipping costs and information:
Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard. The respective shipping costs can be found in the list below.
If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail (kontakt@fictionary-world.de) before placing an order, stating the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.
I. Shipping within Germany:
For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate per order 4,90 Euro.
From a gross order value of 100 Euro we ship free of shipping costs.
The goods are sent insured by DHL.
Delivery time: 2 to 4 working days from the time of order
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times (pre-orders) apply, we will send the goods in several partial shipments, depending on availability, if the partial shipments reach a gross value of over 100 euros, for which the delivery times specified for the respective item apply. There are no additional shipping costs.
II Shipping outside Germany
The shipping costs to the following EU countries with a eurozone are a flat rate of 14.90 euros per order (free of charge for orders over 500 euros):
Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Cyprus
The goods are shipped insured by DHL and handed over to a DHL partner in the respective destination country.
Delivery time: 2 to 8 days from the time of ordering
The shipping costs to the following EU countries with Eurozone are a flat rate of 17.90 euros per order (free of charge from 500 euros value of goods):
Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Czech Republic
The goods are shipped insured by DHL and handed over to a DHL partner in the respective destination country.
Delivery time: 2 to 8 days from the time of order
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Returns
The following provisions apply to returns:
(1) The order must be canceled. You can find a corresponding sample form in our Cancellation policy.
(2) The return costs must be borne by the buyer. The exact conditions and procedures can be found in the Cancellation policy to be taken from.
