A. Shipping costs and information:
By default, shipping is only possible to the countries below. You can find out the shipping costs that are specified below.
If you would like shipping to another country, please write us an email before ordering (kontakt@fictionary-world.de) and please tell us the article with the amount and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding Postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also send it to the desired country and - if a delivery to the desired delivery address are possible - will inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to inquire about the shipping option and the costs in advance from our shipping partner.
I. Shipping within Germany:
For shipping within the German mainland We charge a flat rate per order 4,90 Euro.
From a gross betting area of 100 euros we send free shipping.
The goods are sent by DHL.
Delivery time: 2 to 4 working days from the time of the order
If you order several items from us as part of an order, for which different delivery times (pre -orders) apply, we will send the goods depending on availability in several partial programs if all partial shipments reach over 100 euros gross rare value. There are no additional shipping costs.
II. Shipping outside of Germany
The shipping costs to the following EU countries with euro zone are 14.90 euros per order (free of charge from 500 euros free of charge):
Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Cyprus
The goods are sent by DHL and handed over to a partner of DHL in the respective target country.
