The following provisions apply to shipping:
(1) Shipping is insured via DHL.
(2) We currently offer national shipping within Germany.
(3) The packages are handed over to the transport service provider within 1-2 working days. The delivery time is therefore usually 2-4 working days. Note: International shipping may vary.
(4) We charge a flat rate of €4.90 for national shipping. From an order value of 100 € there is no shipping fee.

Payment processing sometimes takes several days, so shipping may be delayed if you choose this payment method.

The following provisions apply to returns:
(1) The order must be revoked. You can find a corresponding sample form on our website in the footer under the Legal -> Cancellation Policy section.
(2) The return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. The more precise conditions can be found in the cancellation policy.
