A. Shipping costs and information:
By default, shipping is only possible to the countries below. You can find out the shipping costs that are specified below.
If you would like the shipping to another country, please send us an email before ordering (kontakt@fictionary-world.de) and please tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding Postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also send to the desired country and - if a delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - will inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to inquire about the shipping option and the costs in advance from our shipping partner.
I. Shipping within Germany:
For shipping within the German mainland We charge a flat rate per order 4,90 Euro.
From a gross betting area of 100 euros we send free shipping.
The goods are sent insured via DHL.
Delivery time: 2 to 4 working days from the time of the order
If you order several items from us in the context of an order, for which different delivery times (pre -orders) apply, we send the goods depending on availability in several partial shipments if the partial programs over 100 euros gross rare value reach the delivery times specified in the respective article . There are no additional shipping costs.
II. Shipping outside of Germany
We deliver to the following countries:
Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic
The shipping costs to the named EU countries are a flat rate of 18.90 euros per order.
The goods are sent insured via DHL.
Delivery time: 2 to 8 days from the time of the order

This includes, for example, costs for the transmission of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import tax taxes or taxes (e.g. tariffs).
