General information

Yes, all items offered in our store are officially licensed and are produced by renowned manufacturers (such as Good Smile Company, SEGA, Aniplex and many more).

Even though we would like to have a store, we do not currently have one. Sales are therefore exclusively online.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are basically the same as standard orders.
The difference is that the item is marked "pre-order" in the store and the shopping cart button displays the text "pre-order" and a release date. Apart from the additional information, however, the ordering process is identical.

The release date is displayed on the product page above the shopping cart button.
The release may be delayed in some cases and unfortunately cannot be 100% guaranteed.
If the order has to arrive on a certain date (for example as a birthday present), we recommend selecting items from stock.

On the product page we indicate the approximate date that we receive from the suppliers/manufacturers. We update the information in the event of changes.
In addition, the actual date can depend on many factors. Possible influencing factors are: production (not enough production capacity, possible production problems), logistics, licensing, quality controls and much more.

Shipping

Orders containing only in-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours. This means that orders are usually delivered within 2-4 working days.

Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as possible once we have received all items from the order.
As a rule, the goods are dispatched within 48 hours of arrival.
If individual items are to be delivered earlier, please order them separately if possible.

Partial deliveries are also possible for orders over approx. 300 € value of goods. The prerequisite for partial deliveries is that each individual partial delivery exceeds the limit of 100 € value of goods for free shipping.

Payment

We offer you a variety of secure payment methods:

  • Instant bank transfer
  • Store Pay
  • Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Union Pay)

All orders must always be paid for directly. The only exceptions are options offered by payment service providers, such as "buy now - pay later" from PayPal.
Payment on release is no longer offered because, unfortunately, in most cases unpaid orders are no longer paid on release and we then have to cancel them. We have therefore decided to remove this option.

Revocation & returns

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before delivery.
After delivery, the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days applies.

Yes, you can cancel pre-orders if you ever change your mind.
The statutory withdrawal period of 14 days applies after delivery.

Yes, you can return the entire order or part of it.
It is important that you inform us of your withdrawal within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days.
The return must be made at your own expense. After checking, the full purchase amount including shipping costs will be refunded. If only a part is returned, the proportionate amount will be refunded accordingly. The refund will be made via the payment method used for the purchase.
Please send the figures new and in the original packaging if possible.
