General

Yes, all items offered in our shop are officially licensed and produced by renowned manufacturers (such as Good Smile Company, SEGA, Aniplex and many more).

Even if we would like to have a store, we currently do not have a physical store, so we sell exclusively online.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders run like standard orders.
The difference is that the item in the shop is marked "pre-order" and the shopping cart button displays the text "pre-order" and a release date is displayed. In addition to the additional information, the ordering process is identical.

The release date is displayed on the product page above the shopping cart button.
The release may be postponed in some cases and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed 100%.
If the order has to arrive on a specific date (for example, as a birthday gift), we recommend selecting items from stock.

We indicate on the product page the approximate date we receive from the suppliers/manufacturers. If changes are made, we will update the information.
In addition, the specific date can depend on many factors. Possible influencing factors are: production (not enough production capacity, possibly production problems), logistics, licensing, quality control and much more.

Shipping

Orders containing only stock items will be shipped within 48 hours. As a result, orders are usually delivered within 2-4 working days.

Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as we receive all items from the order.
Usually the goods are shipped within 48 hours after arrival.
If individual items are to be delivered earlier, please order them separately if possible.

If stock items and pre-order items are ordered together, the order will be shipped in full as soon as all items are available.

Partial deliveries are also possible for orders over 300 € value of goods. The prerequisite for partial deliveries is that each individual partial delivery exceeds the limit of 100 € goods value for free shipping.

Payment

We offer a variety of secure payment methods:

  • Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Union Pay)

All orders must always be paid directly. The only exception are options offered by payment service providers, such as "buy now - pay later" from PayPal.
A payment for the release is no longer offered because the unpaid orders for the release are unfortunately no longer paid in most cases and we then had to cancel them on our part. Therefore, we decided to remove this option unfortunately.

Cancellation & returns

Yes, you can always cancel your orders before delivery.
After delivery, the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days applies.

Yes, you can cancel pre-orders if you change your mind.

Yes, you can return the entire order or a part.
It is important that you inform us of your revocation within the statutory revocation period of 14 days.
The return must be made at your own expense and after inspection the full purchase amount including shipping costs will be refunded. If only one part is returned, the proportional amount will be refunded accordingly. The refund will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If possible, please return the figures in their original packaging.
